2015年中国工程院有效院士候选人吴效科教授的行骗伎俩

尊敬的方舟子先生，您好！

　　最近关注了《美国医学会杂志》（JAMA）的关于针灸的两篇文章。其中一篇
《Effect of Acupuncture and Clomiphene in Chinese Women With 
Polycystic Ovary Syndrome: A Randomized Clinical Trial》【1】是由国家
中医临床研究基地妇儿病团队首席科学家、黑龙江中医药大学附属第一医院妇产
科主任吴效科教授作为通讯作者完成的。文章中的 CONCLUSIONS AND RELEVANCE
写到“Among Chinese women with polycystic ovary syndrome, the use of 
acupuncture with or without clomiphene, compared with control 
acupuncture and placebo, did not increase live births. This finding 
does not support acupuncture as an infertility treatment in such 
women.”这明明写着“这一发现不支持针灸作为身患多囊卵巢综合征的中国妇女
的不孕症疗法。”但吴效科主任在国内各种媒体上把它作为破解多囊卵巢综合征
难题的两项重大成果【4-8】来宣传，只字不提针灸无效的结论！这令人十分不
解。再去查阅吴效科主任另一项重大成果“黄连素能治不孕症”，发现其宣传的
刊发英国世界权威医学杂志《lancet》【2】的论文摘要，但实际上发表于
《Fertility and Sterility》【3】的文章都没有支持其吹嘘的“黄连素能治不
孕”。不得了啊，同样的伎俩用了两次！只用了两次吗？

　　仔细查阅各类资讯，此人原来是惯犯，劣迹斑斑，在贵网站上也早被爆料学
术严重造假和虚假宣传【8,9】。奇怪的是吴效科主任越混越好，名利双收，拿
了国家科学技术进步奖二等奖，还能作为2015年中国工程院有效院士候选人。请
方舟子先生帮忙予以揭发调查。
